An immersive evening of relational repair, Parts Work, and innerdance This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you understand and shift the patterns behind your relational ruptures. When conflict touches our deepest wounds, many of us default to reacting defensively, shutdown, blame, or people-pleasing—cycles that create distance instead of connection. Through relational repair practices and guided dialogue, you’ll learn to identify the protective patterns that surface in conflict (fight, flight, fawn, freeze) and explore what creates real safety for honesty. You’ll be shown how to speak what you’re truly feeling and needing from a place of truth—not defence. We’ll close with an Innerdance sound journey—an immersive soundscape that surfaces, releases, and processes the existing stories held in the body and psyche. This workshop may resonate with you if you’re... Caught in blame loops, shutdowns, silent resentment, or repeating conflict cycles and want to step into a more conscious and honest way of relating to yourself and others Noticing family/ancestral patterns replaying in your relationships and are looking to work through them Wanting to practice how to repair and relate more effectively, in the face of conflict because you value the relationships that you have Curious how your unconscious projections shape your relating—and how to turn it into dialogue *Feel free to come solo or with a partner. What to expect: Relational Trigger Mapping Parts Dialogue & Embodied Enquiry Learn a framework to initiate repair with Innerdance sound journey into REM-like states of consciousness for emotional healing and processing of emotions Guided reflection and group sharing circle

Facilitated by Xin Tong, this session explores mindfulness through the fundamental elements of music: rhythm, melody, and texture. With relaxing improvisations on the Guzheng and Harp, paired with the grounding tones of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, we aim to create a soundscape to bring you to the present moment. You will be invited to breathe with the improvised rhythms, helping to stabilise the nervous system and quieten the mind. Following this, the music will evolve into a free-flowing improvisation where you are welcome to continue breathing deeply with the dynamics, or simply relax and let the sound wash over you. On the session of 11th December, 5pm, Xin Tong will improvise on the Guzheng, with Yoshie on crystal bowls.
