Experience Day at Esplanade: Introduction to Esplanade’s Arts and Wellbeing Initiatives & hands-on Angklung Workshop

Part 1: Exclusive Sharing

Part 2: Angklung Workshop
Experience the joy of music in this hands-on angklung workshop alongside senior participants, that is part of Esplanade’s wellbeing initiatives. Aimed at building confidence through learning a new musical skill, this traditional bamboo instrument has brought healing and connection to over 3,000 participants through Esplanade’s angklung workshops for community since 2015 – including seniors, as well as individuals with chronic illnesses such as heart conditions, cancer, stroke and Parkinson’s.

No musical experience needed. This experience day is open to staff of social service and healthcare agencies, as well as those working in the arts.
