An immersive evening of relational repair, Parts Work, and innerdance
This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you understand and shift the patterns behind your relational ruptures. When conflict touches our deepest wounds, many of us default to reacting defensively, shutdown, blame, or people-pleasing—cycles that create distance instead of connection.
Through relational repair practices and guided dialogue, you’ll learn to identify the protective patterns that surface in conflict (fight, flight, fawn, freeze) and explore what creates real safety for honesty. You’ll be shown how to speak what you’re truly feeling and needing from a place of truth—not defence.
We’ll close with an Innerdance sound journey—an immersive soundscape that surfaces, releases, and processes the existing stories held in the body and psyche.
This workshop may resonate with you if you’re...

Wanting to practice how to repair and relate more effectively, in the face of conflict because you value the relationships that you have
