connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your mind. Learn how to use your breath as an
anchor to cultivate awareness and bring yourself back to the present moment. Experience different
breathing techniques each session and allow yourself to explore the connection between mind, body and
breath, and discover the benefits of conscious breathing. The session ends with lying down on your back
and enjoy the healing sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowl to enter into a deeper state of
relaxation.
