Slow Art Guide

Slow Art Guide is an audio experience that takes you on a solo journey into the exhibition galleries while guiding you through a slow visual appreciation of art. There are six artworks to choose from for your Slow Art Guide experience. These artworks are part of The Care Collection, a selection of works from the National Collection that supports wellbeing. Driven by a belief in the power of slowing down, Slow Art encourages people to savour art in a conscious manner, resulting in a deep and mindful experience.
